Monday night I had a chance to watch ESPN's Espy Awards.  We all know that Candace Parker is the firecracker that the WNBA needed.  Parker recieved a major award that night. If you combine this with the other attention she is getting like dunking and being called the best player in the WNBA, it causes her to be a target.  Check out the first WNBA Brawl!!! As I slowly approach the age of 30, I am finding it harder to compete on the courts with the younger generation. Back in the day I was the self-proclaimed "Street ball King". I could run with the best of them. Fast forward...I played ball yesterday day and felt like someone’s fat uncle. Gasping for air, coordination was off...It was awful. So I have created a little challenge for myself.  In three months I must be able to dunk again. In order for this to take place I have to be 20 lbs lighter. Check-out this video of a high school player dunking. Oh yeah! I forgot to mention she is a girl. Enjoy!
